Garden Vegetable Appetizer Pizza

Ingredients

  • 2 tubes refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1.4 ounces Knorr vegetable soup mix (1 packet)
  • 4–6 cups chopped fresh vegetables (broccoli, bell pepper, carrot, tomato, black olive, celery, cucumber)
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Unroll both tubes of crescent dough on a baking sheet, pinch seams together to form one large crust, and bake 8–10 minutes until lightly golden. Allow crust to cool completely.
  • In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in the vegetable soup mix until evenly combined. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust. Sprinkle with grated cheddar if using, then top with the chopped vegetables. Chill until firm, cut into squares, garnish with parsley, and serve.
