This Apple Cider Martini blends sweet, tangy, and warming fall flavors into a simple, elegant cocktail. Made with vodka and spiced apple cider, and finished with a caramel and brown sugar rim, it’s festive and easy to prepare. Garnish with apple slices, a cinnamon stick, or star anise for a beautiful presentation.

Apple Cider Martini Ingredients
To make this seasonal martini you’ll need the following ingredients (see recipe card for exact amounts):
- Vodka: regular, or substitute caramel- or vanilla-flavored vodka for extra depth.
- Spiced apple cider
- Caramel sauce
- Brown sugar
- Cinnamon (ground)
- Apple slices, cinnamon sticks, star anise (for garnish)

How to Make an Apple Cider Martini
- Chill a martini glass while you prepare the other ingredients.
- Place caramel sauce on one shallow plate and mix brown sugar with ground cinnamon on another plate.
- Thinly slice an apple and squeeze a little lemon juice on the slices to prevent browning; thread slices onto a cocktail pick for garnish.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, add vodka and spiced apple cider.
- Shake vigorously until the shaker is cold and frosted.
- Dip the chilled martini glass into the caramel, then into the brown sugar–cinnamon mixture to coat the rim.
- Strain the cocktail into the rimmed glass.
- Garnish with apple slices, a cinnamon stick, or star anise, and lightly dust with ground cinnamon. Serve immediately.

Recipe Tips
- Set up your station ahead of time: keep a pitcher of cider, the vodka, measuring tools, and garnishes within reach. It’s great for a self-serve bar when entertaining.
- If you prefer a sweeter cocktail, add a splash of simple syrup and stir to taste.
- The recipe fills a standard martini glass; use smaller coupes for two smaller servings.
