I recently made this Garlic Butter Salmon & Mashed Cauliflower and found it both easy and satisfying. The garlic butter—made from melted butter, minced garlic and herbs—coats the salmon and bakes into a rich, aromatic glaze. While the fish cooks, the cauliflower steams quickly and becomes the perfect low-carb base when blended with butter for a silky texture.
The resulting plate balances savory, buttery salmon with creamy cauliflower mash. It’s an ideal option for anyone following a low-carb or ketogenic eating plan who still wants comforting, restaurant-worthy flavors.
Serve immediately so the salmon stays tender and the cauliflower mash retains its creamy consistency. Adjust the herb blend and seasoning to taste—this recipe is flexible and forgiving, making it a reliable weeknight favorite.
